shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Domestic shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Regular Post: $15.00

Express Post: $30.00

Please call the store for a shipping charge quote on oversized items and to discuss bicycle shipping. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Rival Bikes – 295 Tingal Rd, Wynnum Qld 4178.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up by the next business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 8:30am – 5pm on Monday to Friday and 9am – 3pm on Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you at time of collection.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@rivalbikes.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
