WARRANTY CLAIMS

From time to time, warranty issues arise. Your first step is to contact us and we’ll happily assist you with lodging a warranty claim with the manufacturer or supplier of the product.  Whilst we are happy to assist you with lodging a warranty claim this does not mean the claim will be accepted. The outcome is not our decision to make.

We refuse to assist with any warranty claim where we believe that the product has been abused, not used in accordance with the intended purpose and/or the claim is a fraudulent or nuisance claim.

It’s also important to note that given the current global supply chain issues, availability and delivery of products is unpredictable and this includes warranty items. 

In some instances we may offer to swap the product out from our stock to get your warranty issue sorted out on the spot but this is at our discretion. 

Warranty issues are frustrating and inconvenient and we will do what we can to assist you.
