Can I return a product or get a refund?

Please select your goods carefully as we do not normally offer refunds where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or found the item cheaper elsewhere. Returns are possible for clothing or shoes in circumstances when the wrong size selection has occurred, however we do request that clients take care when selecting apparel and consult with manufacturer sizing charts prior to purchase.  Returns are not accepted unless prior arrangement has been made and are at the customers expense. Refunds will only be given if goods are faulty or incorrectly described or differ from the products as displayed on our website.

In most cases online transactions can be cancelled prior to shipping by calling our customer service centre during business hours. Some high-ticket items require special orders to our suppliers and restocking and/or cancellation charges may apply. Bikes cannot be returned, no exceptions.

 


 

What if a product is out of stock?

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability at time of sale. All prices specified on our web site are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are current until changed or product is removed from our website. All specials or clearance items may have limited availability in certain quantities, colours or sizes.
